Well I was thinking that the immersion you would get in games from 3d monitors will be cool, having three monitors may be just as good?? It wont be as good as those round screens you see in the tech blogs but if you already have two monitors like I know lots do, its actually quite affordable. Here is an overly comprehensive video about it :)

Is this another reason for my next video card to be ATI? but I think I will be patient and see the prices go down when the nvidia dx11 cards come in.

WOW... good thinking Striker. Something like that makes much more perfect sense! How much does one of those go for?

yea dual screens is nice and all but really its not useful for gaming, for two screens that is. Atm only a few games support dual screens, and those that i have played (supreme commander) the second screen made it a nuisance to play and not worth the effort. Although I find the second screen is useful for having TS and xfire up so i can see whats going on while playing, saving the need to alt tab occassionly, but a massive curved screen would be much better for a great gaming experience.

Yeah I have seen that round screen ages ago maybe even two years ago and I can guarantee it wont be easy to buy or cheap. I do like Mr.x's Idea I think they did something like that in the 70's cinemas and it was too expensive or something. Anyways you werent the only one to think of it -

But this just gets crazy 24 monitors

That 24 display is more annoying then it is retarded. I can't get over the black borders, so F that I will stick to my screen.

three separate screens would be fine IMO. I'd argue, you'd totally get used to them; no different to the borders in your front windsheild of your car and side windows..............

yeah you'd get used to them, but a single wide screen like the NEC STRIK3R posted would be a much better option! :b
